A data-driven approach ensures efficient negotiations and well substantiated contracts

Negotiations in healthcare are becoming increasingly data-driven. Hospitals and other healthcare providers need to step up their game to make sure they receive a fair price for the hard work they deliver each day for their patients.

We helped a hospital improve its department that negotiates with health insurance companies. By analyzing the situation and building a road map to improve their work process we helped them become more data-driven. We worked closely in a hands-on manner to align income more closely with the care delivered.
