To get results efficiently, all project teams have a Manager. Keeping the end goal in mind, the Manager separates signal from noise, pointing the team in the right direction. Through excellent communication skills, business acumen and by taking ownership of the project, they ensure that stakeholders are heard, strategy is considered and goals are achieved. To make it to the next level of Director, a Manager needs to evolve from being excellent at executing projects to being a thought leader who helps clients identify challenges that lie ahead.
